JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU VE SEEN IT ALL... LIFE DECIDES TO THROW YOU AN UNEXPECTED CURVE!!!

well, it all started five years ago here in my country! I was getting ready to pick up a friend of mine to go out, when i was intercepted by some robbers who wanted to steal my car! They shot me cold blooded on the head and left me for dead on the pavement! I was left there unattended like for 30 hours! By the time i was rushed to the hospital, I was already in a coma. I was examined and the bullet had done irreversible damage! It had crossed both hemispheres of my brain, and it would leave me blind and handicapped for life, if I ever came out from the coma! I was in a coma for a month, under intensive care for two months, and then in bed at the hospital for 5 additional months and finally in bed at home for about a year! When i woke up from the coma, the diagnosis had been right! I indeed was blind and handicapped from the neck down, so I prayed to HIM for a second chance, that if He healed me, I would serve Him and help people any way I could!
I got my miracle many months later! So five years later I have my sight fully restored and i walk great, I just cant play sports anymore or run! But then i can do everything again! So I kept my promise, I help the poor the homeless, I go to shelters, foster homes, to jails! I help any way I can! I go on mission trips a lot, I serve as a translator for doctors, etc etc, you name it! thats my story! if you have questions, please ask!

GOD asks!

March 30, 2006 12:53PM EST
1. God will never ask you what kind of car you drove, but HE will ask you how many people you gave a ride to!

2. God will never ask you how big your house was, but He will ask you how many people you served as a host to!

3. God will never check for brands in the closet, but HE will ask how many people you helped stay out of the cold.

4. God will never ask how big your paycheck was, but HE will check your conscience to see what you did to obtain it.

5. God will not ask you for your bachelor’s degree, but He will ask how much of an effort you put to everything you did, HE will look for your excelence!

6. God will not ask you how many friends you had, but HE will ask you how many people thought of you as a friend.

7. God will not ask you where you lived, but He will ask you how you treated your neighbors.

8. God will not ask for the color of your skin, HE will ask for the purity of your soul.

9. God will not ask you why you took so long to seek salvation, but HE will take you home to heaven and not to the doors of hell.

10. God will not ask you how many people you talk about JESUS to, but He will ask you if you were embarrassed to do so.

HANDS OF HOPE

I kinda lost my voice,

so that left me no choice,

but to dedicate to you a few lines

before you have to take off on your respective airlines

I guess this sis better than a Hallmark,

Let’s pretend this is my trademark.

There are many things in each of you that I admire,

things which kept me every day of the trip inspired.

Let me just say I could see in all of you HIS fire.

GOD made you so special and you are so unique…

Where can you get something like that in a boutique???

We may all have a different birthplace,

but GOD filled us all with HIS grace.

Everything was done with so much dedication.

It just moves me how much you guys love my nation,

but I know this comes out of a much deeper love,

the love that HE sent to us from up above.

It didn’t matter if we were sick, tired or even the weather,

cause GOD always kept us so close together.

GOD kept us hungry and wanting for more.

It even didn’t matter if we had a roommate who snored.

We defeated the devil

and we moved on to the next level.

We definitely had our share of tears,

it was inevitable for them to appear,

but we will remember these moments throughout the years.

Oh…. ONE MORE THING…

I am sorry you didn’t get to be on my team,

that would have been supreme,

cause everybody knows the best team was team A!!!

I am sorry, what can I say??? LOL!

I will miss you all a million times very much,

so we better keep in touch!!!

JUST REMEMBER…

HE has always been with you every step of the way.

He is only a prayer away…
