Artist history: In 1982 myself (Rick Connor) and partner (George Maestri) formed a group called "Liquid Visual" LiquidVisual.info
We were bold at the time playing out with just computers, synthesizers, and a drum machine. George has gone off to write and produce animations in LA. Check out his site at RubberBug.com.
I now write and record in my home studio. "Redstorm Productions" Thanks to the advances in technology a pro studio can be virtually setup anywhere. The majority of the music I write now is done on a computer using Sonar 2.0, a good mic (AKG 3000) with a (Drawmer) compressor, and a Roland XP-30 keyboard. I'm just now starting to see the potential of Acid loops and other imported material for creating music.
