Bolt is looking for a Program Manager within the Customer Experience team to drive fast, efficient, and successful adoption of features and products, and play a critical role in Go-To-Market launch planning. Working in partnership with customer success, implementation teams, sales teams, product and engineering teams you’ll own the management of product and feature adoption in addition to GTM feature launches of varying complexity: owning schedules and timelines, projects and programs, stakeholder alignment, and expectation setting across internal and external teams.

Ideal candidates have the ability to understand technical complexity, a keen sense for managing people, and a great ability to get stuff done.  Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key!

Responsibilities:

  • Create processes and project plans to ensure we release products effectively from internal QA to beta release to new and existing customer implementations
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Get deeply familiar with Bolt's platform and product offering
  • Collaborate with product marketing to lead, manage and execute successful GTM feature launches
  • Identify and tackle blockers to rolling out features across merchants
  • Create and own project plans for GTM launches and customer feature adoption goals 
  • Design methods for repeatable and scalable projects
  • Define and implement metrics to measure and communicate success
  • Manage customer experience activities for product migrations and upgrades
  • Drive accountability cross departmentally to ensure targets and goals are reached
  • Identify areas of risk to the project scope or timeline, and escalate to program leadership in a timely manner
  • Facilitate internal and external status meetings on a regular cadence to drive program success

Requirements:

  • 4+ year of technical project management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Empathetic attitude with engineers and customers
  • Great communication skills
  • Process oriented mindset
  • Ideal candidates have either strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
