Bolt is hiring a Deal Desk Associate to support our sales organization and increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process. You will primarily be responsible for managing Bolt’s deal approval processes across all sales verticals. You will also be responsible for providing analytical and process support on complex, non-standard deals, and facilitating approvals from the relevant internal decision-makers (e.g. Sales leadership, Finance, Legal). You will also proactively contribute to evolving our pricing model through, among other things: managing and improving our Salesforce processes, creating pricing templates, and building pre-approved approaches to deal structure and discounts. Finally, you will provide sales analytics and insights to our broader team: synthesizing team performance metrics into actionable insights for both our sales and executive leaders. This position reports to our Sales Operations Manager and is based in our San Francisco office.
