Product Manager - Account Platform

Bolt accounts, a global ecommerce identity, sit at the core of our business by enabling shoppers across the Bolt network to upgrade from a guest to personalized recognized-shopper experience. As Product Manager of the Account Platform, your mission will be to drive the vision & roadmap to enable merchants to recognize more shoppers by providing a single passwordless global login, account information management, and the foundational API to empower internal and external teams.

What You'll Do:


  • Prioritization
  • Synthesize customer (merchant and consumer), data, tech, and design-driven insight as the responsible party for higher-level strategic analysis of the product to create clear plans, priorities, goals, and product requirements for your team.
  • Write product specifications based on your and the team’s research to ensure goal-oriented and impactful features are built. If useful, run A/B tests and experiments to prove the value of new features.
  • Provide a strong perspective on consumer behavior and contribute to Bolt’s B2C strategy and innovation.
  • Design & Development
  • Work closely with engineering and design lead peers to define and be the expert for account platform architecture, internal and external APIs, data frameworks, design principles & workflows, and privacy/legal requirements.
  • Ensure the platform is built for continued quality, stability, scalability, and global viability.
  • Work with product and engineering leadership on release planning, tracking and triage.
  • Launch:
  • Collaborate with product marketing and external-facing teams to collect and analyze market and customer feedback, run betas, and gain adoption for a B2B2C product in corporate and enterprise markets.
  • Define, measure, and advocate for the success of your team members and as a whole.

What Excites Us:

  • 2+ years of product management experience at a successful tech company.
  • A track record of running through walls to deliver results.
  • Data-oriented mindset and customer-obsessed curiosity. Proficient with SQL.
  • Strong communication skills for complex product, design, and design ideas.
  • Extremely organized and able to quickly digest and organize complex information.
  • Prior software engineering or equivalent technical experience.
