Bolt is taking a unique approach to improving ecommerce by partnering with retailers to embed our technology deep within their existing tech stacks. This means we need to have word class tools, integrations, and products designed to help our merchants succeed. Bolt is looking for an experienced product manager to lead a team within our Merchant Experience area. We need someone to balance short term merchant’s needs with longer term initiatives to add new value propositions to our merchant offering.
To excel in this role you will need to be structured in your thinking, a technical expert, customer and quality obsessed, and willing to move fast and iterate. You will partner with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive short term results as well as long term innovation. Lastly, you need to be comfortable moving into uncharted territories building products and features outside of your areas of expertise.
