Risk Analyst

Your Role at Bolt

The Risk Analyst will work within the Risk Operations team, primarily to process and verify orders looking for fraudulent activity. Our ideal candidate has experience in retail or ecommerce, is a quick learner, can work efficiently, and is detail-oriented.

This position has a schedule working holidays and significant weekend work. Scheduling is generally flexible and work from home days are a potential.


  • Screening of orders for fraudulent activity
  • Processing issues using our proprietary order management system
  • Identifying and canceling of fraudulent transactions
  • Assisting Bolt customers with order and payment related inquiries through ticket support


  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • 2-4 year college degree preferred
  • Computer/tech savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong self-management, presentation, escalation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Interacts well with all levels and in a team environment
  • Strong sense of ownership with an ability to motivate others
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry is a plus
