The Merchant Experience (MX) team based out of Toronto is leading the efforts to make Bolt the easiest to setup and highest converting buying experience solution for online retailers. Our team builds the features, APIs and integrations that allow retailers’ systems to communicate with the Bolt ecosystem. In addition, by owning checkout, Bolt sits at a critical junction in the shopper’s interaction with a retailer. This gives us insight into customer behaviour as it relates to merchant’s checkout experience, products, promotions and much more. With this in mind, the MX team is building out an analytics platform that provides retailers with actionable data to better serve their customers.
