Your Role at Bolt
Do you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter? Have you ever felt the satisfaction, power, and influence of getting ten thousand likes and shares on a post? Do you have a gift for creating amazing content and posts that are somehow just naturally engaging? Bolt is building a network of millions of shoppers — as much as 30M in 2021 and we’re in search of someone to lead and own social media and engagement for us. You’ll partner with the biggest retailers and brands in the world to grow awareness of Bolt, our network, and our influence in ecommerce.
In this role you will develop and execute Bolt’s social strategy to raise awareness and drive engagement with both retailers and shoppers. This is an extremely unique opportunity to leave your mark and build a huge social following with an existing yet untapped network of top retailers and millions of shoppers already using Bolt.
You’ll lead, support, and strengthen our brand’s customer-facing voice across social media channels, with a focus on audience development and shopper engagement. You’ll create campaigns to amplify content to promote Bolt within the retail industry. You’ll also develop influencer programs to help build Bolt’s brand with consumers. You’ll be our social storyteller that personifies all of Bolt’s values externally in fun, engaging, meaningful, and thoughtful ways.
