Your Role at Bolt

Bolt is growing quickly in Salt Lake City and needs a Front Desk Receptionist to run the daily office logistics which enable our team to do their best work. 

Our ideal Front Desk Receptionist is a people magnet, capable of handling daily logistics and proactively identifying issues with ease. This role will be responsible for creating positive first impressions with all guests and employees. The ideal candidate will manage all office vendors, the food program for employees, and assist the People Operations team with team events.

  • Assist People Operations with planning of various team and culture events
  • Be point of contact for office maintenance staff and vendors
  • Receive deliveries and coordinate shipping/mail needs
  • Tidy office throughout day
  • Assist employees and guests with questions about office needs such as food, booking rooms, parking information, etc
