Senior Partner Manager

Your Role at Bolt

We are looking for an experienced channel sales leader to focus on key relationships that help scale Bolt’s footprint in the market. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for creating, activating, and managing strategic relationships with new partners to drive meaningful revenue and demand.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and drive recruitment, enablement, and ongoing management & success of an expanding ecosystem of partners while managing existing channel partner activities
  • Work with our partners and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, etc.) to identify joint selling and marketing strategies for driving sales of Bolt through the partner ecosystem
  • Establish goals for each partner relationship. Update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management. Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of established goals
  • Enable partners through virtual and in-person demos & training. Create tools to drive demand such as partner campaigns, collateral, webinars, and events
  • Be accountable for sourced & influenced revenue, as well as partner success KPIs
  • Provide regular performance readouts to the business, communicating opportunities and escalating risks when appropriate

What would set you up for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales, business development and partner management experience
  • Experience building & growing partnership programs (acquisition, enablement, marketing, operations, management), in a SaaS/cloud environment
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue & business KPIs in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills that enable you to work cross-functionally and build processes, communication and trust across Partners
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required

What would set you apart

  • Proven track record of successful partnerships within eCommerce or payments
  • Experience working within Online Commerce, Payments, or another Fintech ecosystem
  • A deep network of relevant contacts (digital agencies, eCommerce solution integrators, etc.)

The only way a startup with 10s of people can outcompete corporations with 1000s is by leveraging its force multipliers of nimbleness, talent, and creativity. Large corporations focus on 10% optimizations to generate millions in revenue. They cannot evoke major changes without years of preparation. As a startup, we don’t have that luxury… it also does not make economic sense to optimize something that’s very small. There are always more incremental features to build. There are always more incremental people to hire. But, from product to people, we must consistently chase 10X opportunities and force multipliers.
