How does the launch offer work?

Sign up through this page, then process $100,000 of eligible Bolt Payments within 90 days of creating your account. Once you reach it, 100,000 bonus points are credited to your dashboard on top of the points you earn on processing fees. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim.

What counts toward the $100,000?

Captured Bolt Payments volume in U.S. dollars, net of refunds and chargebacks: a refunded or charged-back sale drops out of the total. The 90 days start when your account is created.

What happens to the bonus points once they are credited?

They mature for 30 days like every other point, then become available in your dashboard. Points hold no cash value and redemption is not available yet. One offer applies per merchant: the first offer recorded at signup.

How do I earn Merchant Points?

When you process eligible payments with Bolt Payments, points accrue automatically based on the processing fees you pay. You earn 5% of those fees back in points. There is no separate enrollment step.

Are points based on my total sales?

Points are calculated on your Bolt Payments processing fees, not your total transaction value. For example, $1,000 in eligible processing fees earns 5,000 points, worth $50. The launch offer threshold is different: it counts your processed sales volume.

When do my points become available?

Earned points mature for 30 days before becoming available. Your dashboard separates available points from maturing points. Refunds and chargebacks can reverse associated points and will appear in your history.

Who can see our points?

Merchant account administrators can view the Points page in the merchant dashboard, including balances and transaction history.

Can I redeem points yet?

The marketplace is coming soon. Planned options include gift cards, loyalty program transfers and travel. Available partners, exchange rates, minimums and fulfillment times will be shown in the marketplace when it launches. Points cannot currently be cashed out to a bank or used to pay Bolt invoices.
